- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of milk powder
- 40 ml of water
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended. Sieve the egg mixture in a heat proof bowl.
Cover the bowl with a lid or any saucer that can fit. Steam the egg in slow heat for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
