
This sugar-free recipe uses natural sweetness of pumpkin, and a few easily available ingredients. You will be amazed on how easy it is.
Ingredients : 100g of pumpkin, 1 spoon of milk powder, 1 egg and 50g of flour.
Steam and mash pumpkin, mx well with other ingredients. Pour in a greased containers, cover with cling wrap and poke a few holes on the cling wrap to allow evaporation. Steam the cake for 20 minutes.
