Hi everyone, I came up with an idea which the whole week with a theme. Jadi saya mulakan minggu ini dengan “Indian Dish Week”

Here are some other fun ways to serve your South Indian Potato Masala:

  • In lettuce wraps
  • With Roti (flatbread)
  • With steamed rice and dhal


Bahan bahan yang diperlukan :
Bawang Merah dikisar halus bersama sama serbuk ketumbar dan jintan putih sedikit
2 sudu minyak masak
Kentang (direbus dan dipotong cube kecil)
Serbuk kunyit satu sudu kecil
1 cube Roasted Tomato Paste
Daun Kari beberapa helai
Kacang dal yang telah direndam dan direbus
1/2 biji sawi
1 cawan air
1 sudu Greek Yogurt

Cara cara memasak :
Tumis bahan bahan kisar diatas
Masukkan daun kari dan serbuk kunyit dan biarkan sebentar.
Masukkan kentang yang telah direbus, Roasted Tomato Paste bayi dan juga 1 sudu geek yogurt. masukkan biji sawi.
Gaul dan biarkan masak sehingga pekat. Pastikan tidak hangit (gunakan nonstickpan untuk memasak)
