The Softest Baby Pumpkin Cake recipe !
Our Baby Pumpkin Cake is beyond moist, you could literally leave it out on the counter for several days and it would still be luscious. This is such a healthy recipe that uses pumpkin and NO OIL required.
- Steam and mash 200g of pumpkin. Our Beaba BabyCook is the best tool for this.
- Meanwhile, mix 3 tablespoon of flour, 2 teaspoon of yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 3 tablespoon of warm water, stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes ("yeast starter").
- In a separate bowl, measure 200g of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder & 100g of sugar. Once the pumpkin is ready, pour it into the flour mixture, together with the yeast starter, and add 150ml of milk. Stir all ingredients together and let it sit for an hour, or until doubled in size.
- Scoop the mixture into small cups and steam for 20 minutes. This recipe makes 12 yummy Baby Pumpkin Cake.
