If you are new mum, please read:
1. Prepare your baby an hour before bed time, feed him, clean him and change him into comfortable sleep suit.
2. Bring your baby into quite bedroom and dim the light (alternatively you could switch on a night light).
3. Cuddle your baby gently and pad him slowly, humming the same tune every time when you are trying to put him to sleep.
4. Be firm on nap schedule during the day and bed time at night. This way you could slowly set your baby’s natural clock to become routine.
